information provided by: Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services
With a focus on a Whatever-It-Takes and a housing-first model, these programs offer integrated field-based services providing comprehensive, flexible, community-based specialty mental health services for individuals who would otherwise utilize the most restrictive and acute care programs. Co-occurring substance use treatment is available if applicable. This is the highest level of outpatient service available through the County service system.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Cost is based on program specifications, MediCal coverage or other public insurance/resources, and the individual's ability to pay. The Adult Mental Health Access Team will assist in determining the individual's share of Cost as applicable.
